We didn't set out to build a club.
We set out to change how Africa reads.
What began as a small circle of people sharing books over WhatsApp has grown into a family of over 5,000 members, spread across many countries, all reading toward the same dream.

We carry a vision to raise a hub of visionary leaders across Africa, people whose thinking creates positive change at home, in their cities, and on the world stage.
Our mission is simple and it never changes. We create a knowledge based community of readers where productivity and information are fostered, so that every book opened here becomes a life opened wider.

A small circle, one shared book
A handful of readers started sharing pages and thoughts on WhatsApp, simply because a good book felt better shared than kept.
5,000+ members, one family
That small circle grew into a family of over 5,000 members, welcoming readers from many countries who all wanted the same thing, to grow through reading.
The Flight Conference 2.0, Lagos
Over 150 delegates filled the hall to hear honourable speakers on vision and purpose. The journey had truly begun.
Into the schools
Through our Brain Growth Initiative, we now visit schools to teach children the habit of reading and place books in their hands, raising visionary leaders from the very start.
